Don't get too aggressive when putting your hardwood flooring in place. It's very easy to ruin the surface of floor panels when they're floating freely and you're placing them and pounding on them. Be especially careful when fixing a row that looks a little bit off.
There are so many things that we should not do with our floorings. The primary thing to consider is not to use ammonia, bleach, regular floor cleaner, dusting products. Also, avoid using wax on a floor that has a glossy finish or urethane. We should never wash our flooring we can use a damp mop to clean but not with a mop that is dripping with water.
Maintenance: as you will soon discover, hardwood floors are very easy to clean and generally care for. The inherent properties of the wood make it resistant to dirt and stains such that they don't stick to the floor. Most of what is needed is regular vacuuming and moping with a damp cloth or mop. In addition to this, unlike carpet, wood doesn't fade and will retain its original color for a long time to come.
All wood is subject to the Janka Hardness Rating scale to detect its strength. This hardness test measures the force required to embed a.444 inch steel ball to half its diameter into the wood. The Janka Rating is the industry standard for assessing the ability of various wood species to endure pressure and determine the energy needed to nail and/or saw the wood.
